How many optical vouchers A, B, C and D were provided each year between 1986 and 2022? I would like to know the number of each type of voucher issued in each year between those dates.

I would prefer to have the information in digital form.

Public Health Wales is the public health service for Wales and as such is an independent NHS Trust. Therefore, do not have access to this information.
