Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you disclose the following information:
1. How many accidents at work have happened between July 2022 to July 2023?
2. What were the causes of these accidents?
3. How much compensation was paid out as a result of employee claims between July 2022 to July 2023 (irrespective of the date the claim was submitted)?’
If possible, can this information be submitted via email and preferably in PDF format?
