Under the Freedom of Information Act, can you please tell me whether legal opinion has been sought as to the lack of Informed Consent that will take place with the psychological manipulation inferred in https://phwwhocc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/PHW-BSU-Responding-to-the-Climate-Change-Eng-final.pdf

and in the day to day activities of the “Behavioural Science Unit, Policy and International Health, WHO Collaborating Centre on Investment for Health & Well-being Public Health Wales”
