I note that the protocol requires PHW to prepare a final report with recommendations.
As a supplementary request for information, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of the “final report regarding PHW’s investigation into the cluster of Endovirus causing Myocarditis in very young babies”.
I appreciate that this supplementary request for information will now be processed as a separate request under a new FOI reference number and therefore subject to a further 20 working-day statutory time period for reply. Thank you.

Thank you for your recent request dated 24th May 2023.
The investigation is ongoing and so a final report does not yet exist. We do not currently have a date by which this report will be completed.
